Where does the name “DoLquest” come from?

“DoL” comes from Sanskrit. It refers to the imperceptible movement, still invisible to the naked eye, that precedes every action: the moment when something begins to awaken and move, almost before it can be perceived, and may lead to change or evolution. DoLquest brings to light a unique Profile and distinctive potentialities.

“Quest” comes from Latin and Old French. It refers to the path that takes shape after the awareness brought about by DoLquest. It is also an abbreviation of the word “questionnaire”. DoLquest is a questionnaire that supports the growth of individuals and teams. It is not a test designed to evaluate, compare or classify people into pre-established boxes. “Quest”, from Old French, comes from the Latin “quaero”: to seek, to search, to question, to discuss, to study, to seek to know. Life is a quest, not a test.
